I missed that gem of advise years ago. I use to lay in bed awake in 2006 wondering how much longer I had to get out of the sinking AWAC ship. I went to a LCC and on my third year made more than any AWAC CA.
Guys. They're parking airplanes. The planes they have are old and undesirable. No one is asking them to add flying. That management hasn't add flying in 10 years.

Exactly, AW isn't the only regional to serve up strong kool aid. A lot of people don't like change, or is afraid of its uncertainties. Especially the senior, more comfortable in their lifestyle. H$ll, I'm on of them. They play on our emotions offering little glimmers of hope, but no firm promises. Just enough to slow the mass exodus. No telling what exactly AW's plans are, but my personal opinion is they're way behind at this point if there is a (good) upcoming anouncement outside of a merger with another regional. The tides are turning in our favor. Grab the bull by the horns
