At one of my prior carriers, we had an FA on the 145 who was a Mennonite. The stricter version of this religion is anti-alcohol, and she was of that persuasion. (We had other Mennonite FAs who had no problem serving booze.)

Instead of suing the company or making a fuss with HR, she just simply did not offer alcohol to passengers. If requested, she would say "it wasn't available on this flight". Not sure how she survived the line checks, but when I left that airline, she was still flying.
