Military leave will continue to be done over holidays. We actually have quite a few noncommissioned (NCO) s out there as well. Not just officers.
The overriding issue is that CAL overly squeezed military ALPA members, they got frustrated. Got tired of the games, and they sued.
The seniority one and the QDRO one is done. I think there was one racial one out there, but not sure. The military one is for sure still going. Use of MLLV was only one fifth of the suit. The other four causes of action are for other reasons, some of which also relate to contract and benefits.
