What's the healthcare coverage like at PDT... I remember them saying it's cheap, but what are the copays, deductibles and max out of pocket expenses yearly?

What % of procedure cost is picked up by he insurance and what % is picked up by the member?

How does sick leave work? Say someone injures themselves and requires surgery on a joint, or breaks a bone etc. ?

Are they put on disability paid for by the company, or do they have to purchase their own disability insurance or do they have paid medical leave?

Is their job protected from termination for medical related issues on day one or do they have to be off probation?

Kind of in depth questions but I'm transitioning military and have recently learned that you don't just get to sit around sick/injured at home for months on end getting full pay waiting to get treated by Tricare like you used to working for Uncle.
