Pretty much every flight I load the secondary with another runway with that runways numbers in the secondary performance plugged in, too. Saves heads down time when the time comes - which happens a fair amount in Chicago and a few other spots. If I didn't plug in the numbers, then like Probe said, I would simply change the runway, but that goes against my nature of being ready for the unforeseen and trying to make my life as easy as possible once the motors are turning.
