While I agree that it will remain one of the senior bases, CLT will probably not have the draw that DFW has simply because international flying will be limited from CLT. If a guy wants to stay on the 320 or possibly the 737 for the rest of their career then yeah, CLT will remain senior in that category. Any WB flying will likely be uber-senior simply because it'll be a fairly small base for that.

MIA may trend a little more senior since there are a lot of LUSers that live in Florida and commute to CLT. PHX guys will likely migrate to LAX and DFW mostly, although a few may scatter out to some of the other bases. For those who live in or near PHX, that base may provide some opportunity until they can hold DFW.

All a guessing game at this point though...except NYC and PHL will probably remain very junior simply because of the weather and cost of living.
