Even a flow agreement wouldn't be worth it based on the length of time it would take for junior FOs to realistically flow.

My rant is done. Anybody (besides the white guy who can't jump) have anything to add?
Well thanks for asking me. hahahahahaha
Actually going to a company with a Flow Thru isn't bad considering you could go right into a Left Seat Position as a newhire and start getting PIC time right off the bat. Do you have to go to American with a flow? Nope! United and Delta and SouthWest will be hiring. So go where you can get 1500hrs of PIC fast.
