With the new ATP/CTP rules in effect, as i look at some of the programs out there, that offer required pre-reqs (30 hrs of ground training, sim requirement etc)-- some easy questions

1. You are are now required to have all the pre-reqs completed prior to taking the written?

2. After all those pre-reqs and taking the written, you are still required to take the ATP check ride?-- meaning the check ride has not changed ,... just the pre-reqs?
Example-- Sporty's offers the ATP/CTP course for $5k, but that only looks like the pre-reqs/sim and written but no check ride...
