From what we were told in recurrent, it will be more of a meet and greet, not really than a formal interview. They just want to get to know you before they formally hire you. Might ask a few interview questions, that's it. You'd be stupid not to take the opportunity. Once signed off, you'll be making more your 1st year at Atlas than a 4th year FO at Southern.
