Maybe if we stopped sending emails to only a certain group of pilots and sent them to the entire pilot group? Or transition all the pilots that wanted to stay west instead of filling classes with new hires in the 175? Or offer a temporary transfer for those that are trying to build time and only have 150 hours for the year?
We have a certain group of about 22 pilots that make all the excuses in the world for SGU. They don't need any help.
