It may have changed, but the interview a year ago was very basic. Your standard HR type questions, why do you want to be here, etc etc. Then the technical was essentially just reading a Jepp Chart and explaining an arrival. The written test was taken straight out of the ATP Multi Engine written. If you have prepared in the least, you should be good. But contrary to whats said, dont go in there with no prep, because they didnt hire a few guys I interviewed with and several of them had previous 121.
With regards to the commute, at present time, it doesnt take long to hold CLT, but keep in mind, RSV there will be in excess of a year at this point, same as TYS. Otherwise, getting in and out of CLT isnt too bad from most decent size airports.
