It's NOT even a "pref hiring process". It's a pref initiate the selection process.

Which just like OTS is screening out A LOT of good people. Can't tell you how many of my friends aren't getting through the HPI, just like OTS.
But I hear even more good dudes/dudettes not getting through the HR. While in standard fashion there were more than a few that did get through HR that were OTS. And caused many to scratch their head......
