I can't find too much info on it except I know that NWA is restructuring its domestic system and that is going to affect pinnacle. are they getting new aircraft.... is it due to attrition??
junior bases?
reserve time?
updated upgrade times?
thanks a bunch
Congrats on your interview. Just be sure to watch your cornhole if you get hired
As far as your questions: I don't think you will get a straight answer out of anyone about all the hiring. When I interviewed with them I asked that very question and was told a lot of it was due to attrition but I had friends who interviewed and asked the same question and were told there was a "deal in the works" and they (Pinnacle pilots) couldn't talk about it. So who knows.
Junior bases? Sounds like there aren't really any junior bases with Pinnacle. At the time of the interview they said that regardless of what base you were assigned, you would probably be able to hold your preferred base by the end of training.
Reserve Time? Sounds like its short, about 6 months or so. May change depending on what happens with NWA and/or new airplanes.
Upgrade Times? They require 3000TT with 500 in type for upgrade. I have heard anywhere from 1-4 years for upgrades, depends on who you talk to and if you are willing to move bases. Hope this helps.
