This is my annual checkup. How's that 2.5 upgrade / 6 yr flow working? That was mentioned exactly 1.5 years ago. So according to your devine wisdom they should be a year away from upgrade!! How far did that fall from the truth...
Seems like a sham at this point. On paper, upgrades have fallen from 8 years to around 6.
Flow still sitting at 15 plus years though.
