Let the MEC deliver on the deal they promised this summer, then we'll judge their work via a vote. We're capable of providing guidance.

The MEC doesn't get to jump Into a different process where we're not asking them to go, without finishing up their work. This is the time to reach and deliver a deal. You can't walk out of mediation, or opt out of it, to strike at will. that road takes years.
