Thanks I misspoke on that point. I wanted to make sure that people understood they the new hires from the express operators have to go through the same processes and that many of them are being turned down (a good friend of mine was turned down and left me scratching my head).
No worries, wasn't trying to bust your balls. Just more accurately illustrate with the CPP is, as well as ISN'T.
A while back, one of XJT's slightly outspoken pilots that ALWAYS has the ability to call like it is said something along the lines of "the CPP is nothing more than a chance, at a chance, at a chance.......".
Just from what I'm hearing, that about sums it up.
