They seem nice, they seem helpful, but you need to be careful. You will be in for a fight for every last little cent you are due fair and square in the contract. Interpretation changes by the day and with no agreed upon joint negotiating history document, it's a constant urination contest to get little chunks of pay, days off, etc. that you are rightfully due. They do not have a good attitude towards their pilots, no matter what they act like to your face. Posting your name on these bulletin boards or anything that can identify you on here may not be a great idea. Things may change with recent changes in management, but I would still watch it.

Have fun, study up, but don't believe everything you're told. Know your contract once you're out on the line, read it, ask guys who have been around, and don't ask scheduling how the contract works! They bend the contract every which way to get everything covered, and will lie to you. It's not a terrible place to work, and most other crewmembers are great, your normal daily job will be fun most of the time.
Thanks for the reminder to be mindful. I think I'm still floating a bit after this job offer, so I'm always interested in a bit of honest and polite grounding. I'll certainly keep your advice in mind. Thanks
