My .02 from an outside perspective... Mesa is going to be in big trouble by this time next year. But, so will a sleuth of other regionals. It's too late to simply offer more money. More money is beginning to not work at other regionals offering it (though they are still attracting a lot of new hires every month). It doesn't matter how many new airplanes you announce. If you can't attract new hires, no one upgrades. And as I said, simply offering more money isn't going to cut it and TPIC doesn't mean as much as it used to. So where does that leave you?
