On average, 55-60 guys per month are leaving for other airlines. Upgrade times are currently averaging 6 months, but it should be down to 3 months when we start taking the first of 144 new C-Series WondeRJets.

The new HNL base will be opening next year, First Officers in that base will go directly to Year 2 pay.
