Is there really a difference? There gonna be gone in two weeks anyway. I know in the last week I have personally shaken two hands and said "good luck and have a great career". Both really great pilots and fun to fly with. It sucks We are losing a lot of good talent. Unfortunately the dorks and tools don't seem to be going anywhere,... Gee, I Wonder why?? Back to pre 9/11 spirit. When everyone was hiring and paying big money. Those that stayed you scratch your head and ask why. Now they probably would've not fared well had they left but no one knew what was coming. I'm sure I'll have to answer those questions 10-20 years from now. "Why didn't you leave in 2016?" Making excuses when it's really just because no where else would take me.
