Ummmmm. What do "managers" who don't work within 5 miles of a flight have to do with on time performance? I can tell you what CREWMEMBERS have to do with it. Did you hear? American gave pilots profit sharing without them negotiating for it because it was "the right thing to do". All legacies pay prifit sharing. So, the "industry average" our NCs going for includes profit sharing... right?
