Yes and no... Under the current contract I'd rather sit for 17 days since I know I get paid nothing for actually flying. To me a higher guarantee and more flight hours would mean we could haul more cargo with the same amount of pilots which would lead to more profit and higher wages. When I see the inefficiency in Atlas Scheduling I realize that there's all kinds of money out there to pay us. It would require a scheduling department that doesn't commercial me to from Dubai to Hong Kong to operate an airplane to Anchorage while commercialing someone else from Hong Kong to Dubai to operate to Hong Kong.
