The management and overall culture is more corporate and less airline than most places. They try to downplay the airline part of the company as much as possible. Personally, I don't give a crap as long as the company makes a lot of money, but if you expect to be treated like a delta sky god, you won't be impressed. As far as pilots are concerned, once you are hired you are treated the same as anyone else in the company. I know of people who've had problems in training who would have easily gotten cut at any regional, and some majors, but they got what they needed at Allegiant and are still earning a paycheck. If you got in trouble or crossed the line in the past the treatment could be severe, however that will change with the new contract since termination and punishment are much more formalized.

All my interactions with senior mgmt, including CEO, COO, 121CP, have been very friendly and professional.
What about the guy who was fired for conducting an emergency evac? Has he been reinstated, or maybe the CEO, COO, 121CP haven't been involved yet....
