From the September Council 11 schedule update for DCA.
For the 320 the breakdown of trips starting at a specific airport is:
BWI 90
DCA 88
IAD 118
Historically IAD being the hub has had the most trips. DCA has usually been #2 and then BWI. In August there were only 64 trips that started in BWI for example but DCA had 122 and IAD 175. So it's at the mercy of marketing from month to month. Be prepared to cover all three.
The company is slowly shrinking the 320 in DC however as the 737 base grows. So even less IAD flying is planned.
For the 737 trips starts at:
BWI 57
DCA 57
IAD 191
Overall for both fleets the 1 and 2 day trips are limited, and go senior normally. The bulk are 3 and 4 day trips. The 737 is currently a little better balanced

The 757 currently is flying the DCA-DEN/SFO routes, but that may be just summer seasonal flying to get the seat counts up since they are using a 757-300. Normally they are 737(SFO) and 320(DEN) trips.
