I know, I bet the majority of them haven't been there long enough to get a good COLGANOSCOPY, I dont understand why in their right mind they would not vote for ALPA, hell look at our CONTRACT, it kicks ass, Looking back I can't believe I stayed there as long as I did. The problem is that most pilots at Colgan have never been at another airline so they dont know how bad their situation is, lets face it, nobody goes from CHQ to Colgan, or XJT to COlgan, but how many have done the opposite and realized how terrible a place Colgan is to work at............
