Get eff'd by scheduling a couple times, be pressured to extend numerous hours before the extension is needed, or fall victim to one of their other blatant violations of the contract, and I'm guessing if we were to honestly discuss this again in one year, your sentiments may have changed. It's likely to happen, just give it time.
To each his own....
No not proud of myself, I take pride in what I do. Big difference.
I don't need to, "get off probation" or spend a few years here.
I won't feel differently in a year.
All the BS you just mentioned above happens at every airline. You take the good with the bad, do the best you can and press on.
My sentiments won't change. Work for a few carriers with no contract then you get back to me.
We're starting a long drawn out process and fight for a new contract. Nothing more nothing less. Expect push back from this management team. The contract and everything that goes with it will come.
In the meantime I'll do my best for my pax on every flight I'm on, so when the contract BS is over they still want to fly on Frontier.
That got nothing to do with helping the company out.
