They can stop it at any time. It will go to arbitration, but that can last for 2 years or more. The arbitrator will eventually find in favor of the pilots, but then the company will offer a settlement.

Of course there's no guarantees ever. However I can guarantee you if the flow were to stop then so would people coming to their WO's. That's not what they want anytime soon however.
