I'm not saying the line pilots were complaining, it's probably from management or recruiting folks much higher up.

What I am trying to point out is that improvements at one WO should be seen as good for all. As I said before, a rising tide lifts all boats. The only way we can defeat the internal whipsaw we've got is supporting improvements made at any carrier.
