Congratulations on moving on to bigger and better things. The best thing to do is just ignore all of the "Envoy is better than your carrier and blows everyone else away our flow is better we are AA pilots the flow will never never never stop" goons.

They are all going to end up living with the reality of being Envoy pilots for a much longer time than they think. Current flows are 15.5 or so years. I don't expect that in the future but I do expect 10 plus to flow. There are real problems there that are not addressed in this forum. Namely the lack of new hires and the fact that the flow will become a trickle due to more bodies leaving than are coming in. That's a hard numbers fact.
