The other WO's cashed in with the quick upgrades and acquiring new/ENY's aircraft first while ENY suffered the loss of those aircraft, in addition to everything else that was happening here. I'm skeptical of the newhire numbers, one or two good months does not make up for a long stretch of poor or minimal hiring.
The WO's need to work together to solve the internal whipsawing and stop stabbing each other in the back every time some minor improvement comes along, especially knowing if it directly comes at the expense of another WO. Until that happens each WO is going to take advantage of whatever comes its way, just like ENY might be finally able to take advantage of a hopefully longer lived hiring surge.
And flows are at 16+ years, they haven't cleared the early 2000's from the pool yet, so we're not under 16 years yet.
