It's a very problematic dynamic when all new hires want the E175 because the other fleets (and their pilots) suffer when that happens. Yet, overall, we need new hires. Now, the other WO's don't have this dynamic to deal with (or perhaps they do in the form of staffing certain domiciles) so maybe they didn't get the 'why' we had to do it.
Regardless, it's clear that AAG wants the WO's on a "level playing field" with regards to recruiting.
Is it just me or do I smell a displacement bid in the near future if this keeps up. All wanting 175. Eventually Envoy will have to either not offer it anymore or offer it with a displacement bid after every 3 or 4 months which is very costly.
