Later, the FSRB, namely Bob Lieser, stated that the captain failed to recognize the subject matter experts in the room. I'm not sure what that means exactly. Maybe Bob knows.
That was always the problem. You didn’t know which game to play. Statements for safety, or liability. The majority of these interrogations were libelous. And sometimes management wouldn’t allow you to remain silent and/or with representation. Today we can point to our lawyers and say nothing. You treat these things like a cop asking you questions. Now the repercussions are scrutinized by a third party per the contract.
