Don't be, it's becoming clear that this is just another negotiating tactic to show the SWA pilots that over 13,000 pilots are wishing they had their job. They are sending out multiple emails to anyone, including people who last updated in 2004, already working for SWA, don't meet the mins or even partially filled out an app.

I can't wait for the tweet from SWA letting everyone know the job fair was filled in 2 minutes and they had 13,000 dreamers. They already have a method of selecting candidates they want to interview. If you don't believe me ask one of your buddies to walk in your resume to a chief pilot and listen to the response.
