Unfortunately I also think you're out of luck. UPS is very strict with the nepotism (or is it no-nepotism?) rule which is why I was so surprised to read UofL's post earlier. Have your step brother check it with the HR (airline side). I do hope they will change this strange rule. After all, wasn't this company started by two BROTHERS???
UofL – based on what you were told do you think a step-son be allowed (if the stepfather flies for the company).
