I was hired when every regional was very selective still, including Mesa. It wasn't a single phone interview but multiple ones. I was hired right after the bankruptcy. I never had to justify going to Mesa, the job was a million times better than what I was doing at the time. The situation I am in today I could never predict would happen. Priorites change, needs change. Being locked into a career based on seniority is the worst thing I ever decided to do.
