At Endeavor you should be able to hold Detroit within a vacancy or two, and a line very shortly after that. I sat reserve for 2 months here in DTW. This is while NY grows. I think it will go back to being equally as junior as NY by January, but that's just my opinion.

The big benefit to Endeavor is the large pay. $50k guaranteed. I'm going to clear about $70K before you include per diem, +$75k with. On first year pay.

Plus upgrade here is now very quick as well. I'll be all set to upgrade as soon as I have the hours, around December, about 15 months after my hire date.
