I don't ever give people crap if they don't have a lanyard on, but I will say "hey if you need a lanyard I've got extras in my bag". The whole point of the lanyard is a show of strength and unity. When management walks through the terminal and sees everyone has their lanyard on it means we are all on the same page and we are all committed to this process. When they see guys without the lanyard it shows discontent and disagreement... Especially because to this point the union has only really requested one measly thing for us.
