On one hand, Skywest travel bennies on the CRJ (Delta and United) are the best you will find anywhere.
But the most important thing above all is to live within driving distance of your base.
You're in a good position... get senior in the right seat and then enjoy the ride.
Edit: What about Cape Air? If money were no object I'd be inclined to get the home-town job flying into smaller fields. I guarantee you, its more fun than a big jet (but harder work). The most fun job I've had in the progression was flying the B1900 for good old Great Lakes. Great people, outstanding pilots, poor paycheck...
