To give you an idea of the proposed change, a 12yr FO at DOS+3 will earn more than a present 25yr CA (current pay scale term) but a new hire FO at DOS will earn just under a current 2yr CA. Remember too that the new rates are for 64 hours / 16 days, currently 62 hours / 17days.
At DOS a 12 yr CA will be $15,978.88 / month compared to $9986.96 now.
At DOS a new FO will be $6499.84 / month compared to $4062.24 now.
