I'm sure it'll be fun carting around a suit bag in addition to all the regular gear all of us carry, especially as a commuter. They can say "hard cutover" all they want, but they made the rule without consideration for those working. Or, they simply chose to ignore the difficulty in the plan and leave us to deal with it.

I haven't seen a single company message dealing with the upcoming change. I guess they'll just leave it to chance, maybe write us up if they see fit.
