How long does Phase II last typically? Company says 8-12 weeks, I have heard ( weeks from current employees, have also heard as quick as 4 weeks. (Assuming the applicant is accomplishing background and paperwork tasks as quickly as possible). I realize this question is subjective, but I wonder if it is quicker when at the beginning of a large hiring. Thanks.
Myself and a friend had a May 24 interview. I was mil, he was a regional CA. We both had our background check done Jun 24. Though we didn't receive the phase 2 complete email till around Jul 24 (not sure of exact date)
