1. The difference between "active" and "on file"?
2. Why some got to upload resumes while others got to fill out flight time supps?
3. Why some applied to a "Flight Officer" link and others to a "Second Officer" link? (why were both available? what's the difference? I know, I know, one sits sideways, but in terms of the app process...)
4. Can UPS employees input recs now to help in the app process, or only after one has been called for an interview to help with the interview?
5. Why disable the update function? You'd think they want to know about folks' most recent flight time and experience...
