FE question:
My buddy does not have an FE Written. He has an FE certificate.
BUT, it is a turboprop FE certificate, and it it older than 2 years old.
Does he need to take a new FE Written?
Reccomendation:
How, exactly is a UPS pilot supposed to reccomend someone?
