ME Time building - safety pilot
I am a commercial single engine pilot with about 1300 hours total time (Most in a Cessna 207 in Alaska). I do not currently have any ME time. I am looking at going for the regionals soon and want to build some time. I see plenty of 50 hour ME programs that use the whole safety pilot deal to get two pilots their time at the same time and to reduce costs. Do the regionals (specifically Comair) look down on this safety pilot time, or is this a valid way to build PIC ME?
