DFW in the beginning and after I get settled it will be from Nashville. I'm aware of the other wholly owned in charlotte but from my research PTD will offer more in the shortest amount of time with upgrade, pay and days off.
I dont think we actually get more days off than PSA.
Upgrade time, premium pay, and flow time we blow them out of the water. Their SAP, however, allows their pilots to get significantly more days off than we get here.
That being said, i've been pretty happy with my decision to come here. I'm cautiously optimistic Hogg knows our schedules are too demanding and will work on increasing productivity and days off.
