I know some people highlighted and put tags on their log pages indicating key events and figures (new rating, pointing out where a minor error may occur, etc)... You don't have to go nuts, but if you were doing the interviewing, make sure you can easily find the answers (within your log) to the questions you'd ask.

- as a quick example... I lost my first logbook, one of those small ASA ones with only about 25 pages (first 350 hrs ish of flight time), but with a lot of key ratings and endorsements. I simply but an entry in the first page of my current log stating as such, and with the best guesstimate of where all the times left off. They looked at it, and didn't even mention it.

Thanks for this. I use Logbook Pro and have it printed out and looks terrific, so that shouldn't be an issue. I also brought my originals if, for some reason, they want to look at those as well.

I will absolutely not mention commuting. I do plan on moving to base. That is a huge draw to me. I'm tired of commuting now. I want to get onboard here and settle down 👍🏻
