Btw, compounded pay raise is 29.46% by September 2020 based on 15% on DOS and four 3% raises after that in 2017-2020. That brings our 12 year cptns to $245.68 tfp or $282.30/hr. and 12 year FOs to $171.97 tfp or $197.60/hr by September 2020.
