International address page

I just filled out an app - in my employment history, after the first entry (all entries are Navy commands, US-based) the entry seemed to default to an international address; there was no place to enter a zip code or state, though without checking the "international" block, it would not allow me to proceed. Strange glitch ... I hope that's not why the system gave me the
"We have received and reviewed your background application information. Unfortunately, we currently have many qualified applicants and will not be able to schedule you for additional testing at this time. Thank you for your interest in UPS." message as soon as I hit submit.
