And if no one remembers my retirement posts, a hybrid match+B Plan is not the same as a full B plan also known as a defined contribution. You leave money on the table if our match stays at 9% and they add a DC on top of it if you make over $200,000. On paper even if the percentages total up to 16% you are not getting the same amount as a 16% DC. It's a shell game to make you think you are getting the same. Full DC and nothing less!!!
I bet the Allegiant pilots are ****ting the bed with buyers remorse right about now.
