It's not a technical interview. You will brief an approach. Don't forget to mention things like the highest obstacle on the plate and fully brief the missed including what type of hold entry you would do. That's all they will really look for, but no, it's not a technical interview. They want to know who YOU are. They know from your logbook and the VERY simple sim eval that you can fly.
If they give you the "what if" scenario of writing something up at the out station or carrying it back to the home base because the flight attendant has a wedding to go to or the Captain is trying to hop a flight home... YOU WRITE IT UP THERE. I know a few guys that blew that question and didn't get the nod.
